This is our current investment opportunity! Watercolors Of Centerton is a 376-unit, Class A apartment community located in Centerton, AR (Northwest Arkansas).
Commonly dubbed "Vendorville," Northwest Arkansas has been exploding with growth!
The property is located 3.3 miles from Walmart’s new "Apple-Like" Headquarters. The area is not limited to a sole anchor employer with Walmart but also home to two other Fortune companies- Tyson and JB Hunt. It also houses the University of Arkansas and has become home to secondary offices for companies like Proctor & Gamble and Nestle.
